Measuring adoption in a team of four
Small teams are the normal case and they break most survey designs.
With four people, anonymity is thin. Anyone who believes their answers are identifiable will give you the answers they would say out loud, which you already have.
So report aggregates only, say so plainly in the invitation, and suppress any breakdown thin enough to identify somebody. Losing a chart is cheaper than losing candour.
Read direction rather than decimals. In a team of four one person moves an area score by half a point, so a move from 2.0 to 2.5 is one person changing their mind, which is worth knowing and is not a trend.
