How it works
Five steps. The longest one is choosing the questions, and that is the one worth your time.
1. Set up the engagement
Client name, what was implemented, and why it was implemented. That last field is not admin. It is quoted verbatim into every report, and it is what answers "why are we still doing this" when the person who started it has gone.
2. Choose the questions
Search the corpus by topic or pick a whole pool. Trim to somewhere between 25 and 40. Then freeze the set. After freezing, the questions cannot change, because a pulse that asks different questions from the baseline measures nothing.
3. Baseline the team
Everyone gets one link. No login, no app, one screen, about four minutes. Individual answers are never shown to you, only the team average.
4. Pulse on a cadence
Monthly by default. Same questions, up to two reminders, then it closes. The dashboard shows movement per process area and names the biggest movers in both directions.
5. Report
One click produces a management report: what was implemented and why, the baseline, where it is now, what moved, what is at risk, and what to do next. Every number carries a footnote that resolves to the responses or the uploaded file it came from. You edit it and send it yourself. This tool never emails your client.
If nobody set a baseline
Which is most of the time. Upload what survived from before the change: a ticket export, the shared workbook, a process document. The system reads them and proposes a starting score per question with the evidence quoted. You accept or override every one. The result is labelled reconstructed everywhere it appears, including in the report, because an evidenced estimate presented as a measurement would be worth less than nothing.
